RULES RUGBY QUEST

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

LegendaryPlays, SAS with a capital of 500,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 32 rue de Ponthieu 75008 Paris, under the SIREN number 912 253 457 (hereinafter referred to as the "organizing company") and represented by Philippe Fevrier, in his capacity as CEO

Organizes from 07/22/2024 to 08/26/2024 (inclusive), a free game with no purchase necessary entitled: "RUGBY QUEST" (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"), according to the terms described in these regulations.

This operation is neither organized nor sponsored by a third party company, such as:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other entities of the company),

• Alphabet (Google, YouTube, Android, and other entities of the company),

• ByteDance (TikTok and other entities of the company),

• Microsoft (LinkedIn and other entities of the company),

• Snap Inc. (Snapchat and other entities of the company),

• Twitter,

• Apple,

• ...

   

The Game being accessible on the services of third-party entities including those listed above, they cannot be held responsible in any way in case of disputes related to the Game.

Personal data collected within the framework of this Game is intended for the organizing company and not for the companies mentioned above.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This free Game is open to any individual of legal age, having access to the Internet as well as a valid email address, and residing in the following countries: Worldwide, except for employees of the organizing company and their families, as well as any persons who participated in the development of the Game.

Participation in this Game implies full acceptance, without reservation, of these regulations.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1.INTRODUCTION

This Game is a collection-type contest that takes place exclusively online via the URL: https://www.legendaryplays.com/album on the dates indicated in Article 1.

This URL is accessible from the site “www.legendaryplays.com”, various partner sites, social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...), the newsletters of the company, and partner companies.

2. Definition of the Game

A.Definition of an Album

The LegendaryPlays digital album is inspired by sports sticker collection albums and features empty slots corresponding to a specific theme: the retrospective of the 2023-2024 season. Each Play earns the user a number of points, defined by the scoring rules described in Article XX. The players' rankings will be displayed on the leaderboard in real-time. The winners are the players ranked at the top of the leaderboard (details in section XX).

B.Definition of a Challenge

LP challenges are inspired by the digital treasure hunt. The goal is to sort the Plays corresponding to the requested themes. Rewards such as Play Packs will be unlocked as the author completes the challenges. These Plays present in the packs won by the user can be inserted into their album. Once completed, the challenge ends and a new challenge with a new theme begins.

3.OBJECTIVE OF THE GAME

Dive into rugby's history, compose your album, and try to climb the general ranking. Evolve it, improve it, add rarer Plays, and share it with your friends! The top albums will win rewards.

4. PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Game is as follows:

• To participate in the game, the user must create or have an account on LegendaryPlays.

• Upon account creation, a pack of 3 x Plays 1* is offered.

• The player accesses the game page, https://legendaryplays.com/games.

• They access the first challenge, which requires gathering 3 Plays around a theme.

• They place their Plays in the challenge slots.

• Placing the first Play in the slot validates the start of participation in the game.

• The player earns points based on the content of their album (rare Plays, popular Plays) and their coherence (scoring rules detailed later).

• The best albums are entitled to rewards.

5. HOW TO EARN POINTS

There are several ways to maximize your chances of winning. By performing different actions, the participant receives additional chances, as long as they are performed by the same person - same username, same address. Only one participation per person is allowed - same username, same email address. Variations of email addresses such as mail+xxx@xx.com are not accepted.

P.S. Points from levels do not cumulate. In case of a tie, the first to complete the 15 Plays in their album wins.

6. DISPUTES

The Game being accessible on mobile phones (Smartphones), in no case shall Apple, Microsoft, Google, or any other mobile application platform be held responsible in case of disputes related to the Game.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

Each participant accumulates points for their album according to the rules described above.

At the end of the game: 08/26/2024 (inclusive), a final ranking of the albums will be established. The top 8 will win the rewards presented on the dedicated game page on the LegendaryPlays.com site.

Each winner will be contacted directly by email by the Company within 24 hours after the game ends to communicate the terms of their prize. The pseudonyms of the winners will be displayed on an Instagram post. If there is no response from the winner 24 hours after being contacted electronically, the prize will be reallocated to the player positioned next in the ranking.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE

The Game is endowed with the following prize awarded chronologically to valid participants in order of ranking and declared winners. Each winner will win a single prize.

The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before awarding their prize. The prizes cannot be exchanged for their value in cash or for any other prize. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or trading of the prizes by the winners.

In case of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to cancel the prize(s) won without compensation.

ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION

Participants authorize the verification of their identity and all the information on the participation form. Entries with incomplete and/or false contact details will not be considered and will result in the disqualification of the participation.

Similarly, non-compliance with these regulations and any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of its modalities, will result in the immediate and outright disqualification of the participation of its author.

ARTICLE 7 – MODIFICATION OF GAME DATES AND INCREASE IN NUMBER OF PRIZES

The organizing company cannot incur any liability, in case of force majeure or events beyond its control if it is forced to cancel the Game. It also reserves the right to extend or limit the participation period, to postpone it or modify the conditions, its responsibility cannot be engaged as a result.

Addenda and modifications to these regulations may possibly be published during the Game. They will be considered as annexes to these regulations. Any changes will be the subject of prior information by any appropriate means after the deposit of the amendment with the bailiff's office where these regulations are held.

ARTICLE 8 – USE OF WINNERS' IDENTITY

Your personal data is processed by the Organizing Company, acting as the recipient and data controller, in accordance with European and French regulations on data protection.

By filling out the form and sending the required documents to ensure your participation in our game, you consent to us processing and collecting your personal data. The personal data collected is mandatory. If you do not provide the required data, you will not be able to participate in the game. They are exclusively intended for the Organizing Company solely for the purpose of taking your participation into account in the game, managing the winners, awarding the prizes, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations. Your data may also be used for commercial prospecting purposes, subject to your agreement. Your personal data is transferred to our marketing and communication services, as well as to service providers and subcontractors that the Organizing Company may use for the purposes of organizing and/or managing the game. These subcontractors are located in the European Union and have access to the data collected within the framework of the Game. We implement appropriate measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of your data. In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, to limit and oppose processing, and to define guidelines for the fate of your data after your death. These rights can be exercised with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), at the following address: dpo@legendaryplays.com For any questions concerning the processing of your personal data, you can contact our DPO at the address indicated above. In case of a dispute, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

The organizing company cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure or events beyond its control (in particular technical problems, breakdowns, etc.) that partially or totally deprive participants of the possibility to participate in the game and/or the winners of the benefit of their prizes.

The organizing company as well as its service providers and partners cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prize by the beneficiary or their guests once the winners have taken possession of it.

Any additional cost required to take possession of the prizes is the responsibility of the winner without any possibility of requesting compensation from the organizing company, nor from the service providers or partners.

ARTICLE 10 – DEPOSIT AND CONSULTATION OF REGULATIONS

These regulations are deposited with SELARL ACTA – PIERSON et ASSOCIES, bailiff's office, located at 15 Rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.

The regulations can be consulted on the site https://www.legendaryplays.com and can be sent free of charge on request to the following address: LegendaryPlays 32 rue de Ponthieu 75008 Paris. Postage reimbursement is available on simple request.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

The organizing company implements computer processing for the purpose of managing the Game. The organizing company is responsible for the processing of personal data that may be collected.

If the participant has chosen to check the corresponding box at the end of the questionnaire, their email address may be used to be contacted. The collected data will be retained until the winners have been designated and then destroyed, unless the participant has agreed for the data to be kept for commercial prospecting purposes, in which case they will be kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last solicitation (prospect) or reservation (client).

Participants are informed that by accessing the Game's website, a cookie may be stored on their computer's hard drive. This is a small computer file that records their navigation on the Game's website. Cookies are used to identify each participant to enable them to access information more quickly, without having to re-enter it. They cannot damage the data on their computer in any way.
A participant can oppose the recording of this cookie, or choose to be notified of the recording of this cookie on their hard drive, by configuring their browser software (participants are invited to refer to their browser's terms of use for this functionality). Once this setting is done, the participant still retains the ability to access the Game's website and participate in the Game.

In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit the processing, and erase your data within the limits permitted by the European Regulation.

If, after contacting the Company, participants believe that their rights under the "Informatique et Libertés" law are not being respected, they can file a complaint with the CNIL.

ARTICLE 12 – JURISDICTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES

Any dispute regarding the interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the organizing company.
Participation in this Game implies unconditional acceptance (i) of these rules in all its stipulations, (ii) of the ethical rules in force on the Internet (netiquette, code of good conduct, etc.), and (iii) of the laws and regulations in force in French territory, particularly those applicable to Games and lotteries. No telephone or written inquiries concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the Game mechanisms, or the list of winners will be answered. In the event of a dispute, only a letter sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days after the end of the Game will be accepted. Unless there are obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the Game systems of the organizing company has probative force in any dispute regarding the connection elements and the computer processing of said information related to the Game.
Before taking any legal action related to or in connection with these rules (particularly their application or interpretation), participants agree to make an amicable and gracious appeal to the organizing company.
Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to Games and contests. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the organizing company's headquarters are located, unless there are mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
